Any Loan from Any Bank and Best Practices to Save Ourselves

Dear Folks,

I know that Im writing this blog after a year, So never mind the kind of flow that I may be using in this blog.

Im a person personally we never believed on lending and LOAN, I thought that it was shame on us to get a Loan from anyone, or even

from any way..

But there are some circumstances that your Loan through any bank can help you, I dont know whether you had heard a term in the

 Financial World called Liquid cash or Liquidity. Yes CASH that you have in hand will make you or rather decide you as KING or the

KING's ______ not to mention here.

I would like share some of the experience of mine with the Bank that I got Processed for Loans.

Certain Preassumptions that we need to take before taking LOAN according to me.

• Please be sure that the LOAN is defenitely required for the purpose, either CAR, HOME, PERSONAL. Do not got or get in to Loan for the Need that you are not having really, Please please ensure that LOAN is to support you, not to get you in ditch.
• Ensure and evaluvate the amount of CASH that you have, so that you can minimize the LOAN amount, not only money, rather you will be mentally free after closing the same.
• Bank is no time a person or a Company that will favour you or helping you, its mere business that they are doing. So please talk business when you approach Bank, dont beg with them.
• Please be sure how long you want to get commited, according to me the thumb rule will be if you are capable of spending 30% of your salary, then you will be hassle free on the commitments that you will make on the Loan. Please dont raise the 30% if you want to live happily.

Preparations for Loan

• If you need a Loan then you need to prepare yourself for the Loan claiming procedures. Never ever go by word of mouth on finializing or choosing a Bank or the Finance Organisation, No one is your friend or relative over there to help you, Mind again they are doing business and they dont do charity.
• Makesure you have atleast one month time for your Home Loans and atleast 15 Days for your Car Loan.
• Please makesure you have all the documents like PAN, Passport, Address proof, photo, etc ready before you approach them.
• Please call up them and talk to them personally, no phone talks on the negotiations.
• Please be frank on disclosing the rates of the Opposite Banks, this will give freedom for them to check the rates internally, afterall they are paid to get the Loan rather Sell the Loan to you, again they are not halping us.
• Keep your mind mentally prepared to clarify your doubts.
• Ask all silly questions to them, let them go mad and go crazy on you, end of the day you are self satisfied on wat you got clarified, and you are the person who is going to pay the money.

Things to Remember on the Loan Negotiation and during/after disburstment

• If you need a proper hassle free flow on the Loan process, if you all notice most of the time, there a representative with less knowledge is sent to collect the documents first, So please stop at that point, talk to him ask of the concerned Manager or the responsible person who had sent him.
• Write an email and post all the conversation to him via Email, post all your queries on email and have a written proof with you on all silly things aswell.
• You may not know how many * marks that may come along you sheet when you sign the agreement, so all the conversations on mail will help to un knot the unsaid queries later.
• Bank will always need every thing to be Safe on their side, so then why not we, take all concerned proof signed or scanned from the Bank Officials
• I know this could be a pain, but this is essential.

End of the day, when the Loan is disbursed, ensure there is no hidden charges collected while disburstment or via Cheque on the Prepayment. These are the normal tricks of the Bank that they follow.

Anytime If you have some confusions, please write to the helpline along with the Account No or the Ref No, for sure the system generated ticket has to be closed and this will help to sort all your queries.

CEASAR IS HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its been a while, I never went for movies, and the last movie before Rise of Planet Of the Apes was the " TRANSFORMERS" the new one, but to be honest that was a paid sleep, the bullet shot and the noise literally made me to sleep in the theatre.................... After that, it was a very silent saturday, went to BED along with my friend, and we deciced that on next day- Sunday- 14th Aug 2011 we shall be going to a movie........ My UVA jus started its pistons to push hard and we reached the Theatre by 9.05, while the movie started 9.00 AM, Okey we got two tickets, and made ourself comfortable.

Its a movie about Emotions, its about a true hearts thinking, when its started I was thinking that way, for sure yes, but really the movie conveyed a lot, I was not at all enjoying the movie, because, some how my mentality and the Movie was finding a tangent point....!!!!!! Life is full of fear in the movie, the Ceasar was an excellent character, who is ready to reach his heights and live his life, but the only issue was with the Human kind that would not mingle with the Apes community.............

If you love some one and If you want to be yourself, the only emotion that anyone could have including Apes is Anger!!!!!!!!! At the same time if you are disappointed, then for sure again anger is the expression............ If you keep anger how big as the universe its is , for sure anyone should know its only anger!!!!! jus anger and it does not have a value for proving yourself.........It would only make you to feel relaxed for time, but internally that would stimulate your aloneness.......stupidity, your dumbness............. So jus turn your anger to action !!!!!!.......... Ceasar is all about that!!!!!.............. Anytime Ceasar wants to go home, but the situation never allowed to do so.......... The moment Anger turned action, its not only Ceasar who went home, its the Whole Community that went home,,,,, and were Just Apes!!! again were jus apes... not a experimental or Zooy Animal!!!!!!!!

The character, was well defined with in the prescribed way, no horror, no tension, full of story.......... you would tend to see the movie............ For sure Ceasar is Home!!!!!!! and me too started home......... wazzup movie finished buddies!!!!!!

On the parking lot there was a surprise, wats that, Sir " Today till 11.30 we dont charge for the parking" wow superb.....again the pistons pushed and PP is Home now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHY RED CAMERA IS F'KING SO FAMOUS- RDX 1

Today Some hot topic in POST, DI , VIDEO, FILM industries and even a challenge for any Digital Image processing Software's compatibility of formats is REDCAMERA and its format .............. R3D files.

So why only this camera is so f'king famous, while there are so many pioneers in the industry like DALSA( the famous real 4K chip OEM, ARRI- most of the Industrial Camera's benchmark and people to set the standards, AATON- the name for precise technology... many more to get listed.................. Among all those, the below mentioned RED camera definition according to me.......

Even though Im a very small enthuthiatic person in this industry, According to a simple Engineers language understanding and strongly according to me RED camera is this technically

RED CAMERA= OPTICS+ELECTRONICS+IMAGE PROCESSING+PROPRIATERY COMPRESSION( some wavelet)+PROPRIATARY WRAPPING( I mean R3D)........... Im damn sure I came across all of this technology some where...

So being so simple while looking, still hitting the market so well and threatened many Analog camera manufacturers why???????????????????? A very good question, Whwn does the rest of the World Slept and RED worked during those days............ These are the questions that were circling in my mind and tried a lot learning about the things, I know I might be wrong at some places, But I want share this, so that anyone can correct me.................

After a lots of googling found something interesting to me, and made an analysis report that these could be the reasons that RED can be famous.

Okey before getting much into technology, because its little deeper aswell,and according to our student theory, not more than 5 to 10 minutes, we can concentrate on any lecture, But when we guys talk and share we do it for hours.... So I want my discussion to be made into hours, we are going to talk here for some time.

Initaly who had invented or rather supported for invention( Im very careful here, and you will understand why so).

The Person Mr.Jim Jannard , I really admire this guy, and ready to accept as my Role Model to develop in life.

Life history of Jim Jannard goes this way, In early 1975 spent some $300 to make some Motorcross hand grips, and sold back of the van, then developed some sci-fi sunglasses, shoes, bags... etc..and sold to roughly about $2.1 billion to owner of RAY-BAN........... wow what a move..............

Suddently spent some thing like fine wine, gourmet coffee, malted whisky for building the RED -One to his science team.......... Jus funny about it, It seems thats how he described when people ask him how much you paid to develop the RED-ONE camera.

So again coming to the topic, why is it famous, look at the person behind the business, He knows how to catch the people's mind, rather than the product he knows how to go inside people's mind..... Im sure that RED was also moved along in the same way, No doubt even tomorrow, any other popular camera or other well knowm company can buy this at a huge cost..............

So what exactly made thsi RED popular, According to me the name first place, catchy, an ethuthiasm to know, RED CAMERA, there gadgetary accessories, some unusual bomb in the peoples mind, Some unusual ways of tempting people to test out.......... According to me its more kind of psycology that has driven people in terms of RED rather than technology, Im have many evidences to determine this..

In this part im going to talk only few about the indepth technology , Since most of the technological research is pending at myside.

Ok technically what is the reference for FILM output, Its obviously the answer is embedded, Its film Camera.

What are the Technical Benefits of Analog Film Camera........ Yes its as below, these are the most special things....

1) Depth of Control--- which means concentating on the region of interest.

2) Better Resolution--- Sufficient to stretch to the extent as much as the human race can struggle, because u are obviously playing with the infinite reference( The loop would be never ending and the denominator in the division is zero( the powerful numeral)), Im not funny this is the fact.....................................

3) Structure of the details.

4)Reaction to the lights ( again this is a complex chemistry that human race has struggled to find the know limits ro rather explored the possibility of limits).

5)Lattitude of the information( An analogy that I would suggest ..... You have a brick wall and stop the audio passing that wall, and parallely you have a plywood partition and then treat it with a acoustic materials....... You might argue with the benefits of the plywood and the acoustic properties thats been treated, its trivial, the tangent point should also have tensile strength of the Brick, which cannot be achieved with the ply, Hope you understand, so its very straight forward that brick wall does its job very straight forward and pretty simple..........).

6) Standard aperture size for printing, I mean 35mm, S35mm etc.

Many things can be listed, Im just stopping here.

So RED would have also considered all these points and started or fine tuned their designs.

1) Yes they have concentrated on the Depth Of control, while the other digital camera's did not had or might be implementing. So how is it possible, Im sure any people who have used the SLR camera would have noticed this feature, and no doubt that same SLR Chip is being used in this camera, But these guys have made some kickass algorithms to overcome or make it smart to use as a movie camera......... Some thing odd in the crowd among the Digital Film Camera's, Isnt initially....... Im impressed, might aswell everyone.

2)Okey these guys have played a pretty good role in selecting here aswell, they have made a myth of 4K resolution when all the digital camera's were making HD camera's............. What a trade off........ I cant imagine how this guys were so dare to make everyone fool with only numbers( Im sure I shall explain this when I technically discuss in the later part), But a smart move initially, Jus make ur firt impression as the best, Should appreciate them, Now I know how Mr.Jim sold the Sunglasses to Ray-Ban............... hahahhaha....... smart Ass.

3)the structure part is a myth, We were fooled with 4K.

4) Reaction to Light( Again so much of hiding a whole pumpking with a bowl of rice.... Jus myth.)

5)Lattitude of the Information was alos a myth demonstrated initially with controlled lights and later with many developments still the myth pertains, I shall break this in my technical comparison-- But RED might claim they are doing better..... Im not satisfied, I still wish to be a fool infront of them..... Im proud that Im an Electronics Engineer..... We are still a very way ahead to compete with nature.

6) Aperture size... Yes a great move from RED size matching the film exposure area with the Mysteruim sensor exactly the same size of the 35mm Fil gate aperture............. Gr8 marketting techniquie to put people in dilema............. We need to appreciate.....................

Following all these, they made many things very similar to the Conventional Analog Film camera and created a myth that its less expensive doing a gr8 job replaced by the film camera.

So all these gadgets and myth RED continues to be Famous, Our Next Part will be completely Technically exploring, Meantime let me do some googling research...................... Cya Guys...

FACT ABT CHENNAI

Chennai:
The Place where I started my Professional Carrer... otherwise Im a tourist to this place. when I was at age 10!!!!!!!!!!1................. Okey watz the most fascinating thing and most thinkable thing in Chennai......... Obviously for many one, Im not oddd one out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........ Its Auto alais Auto Rickshaw!!!!

Ok, So this month after two years back, to the streets of chennai, thrice I have been to chennai in between, but not thru those streets, In fact I need to say, very first day the streets were dull and so b/w for me... propably anything, no comments....

So Its little late to get to office, catch an auto... obvious choice..hardly 200 mtrs walkable, but i Can't why u know, i have some stuff in my shouders and in hand........ otherwise Im simple to walk.. ok ok............... So I asked the guy thinking Mumbai Auto's in mind...... The guy told me, Sir 60 Rupees kuduthudunga..........( means gimme 60 bugs)........ Boss jus walkable distance and from here I could see the Place, Sir appana nadanthey poidunga.. yen kekuringa......innum kitta poi parunga nalla theriyum..........( If thats the case go by walk, and see the place too near).. Wat to say.................... Its my fault !!!!!!!!!!!!! Hmm ok ya 30 Rs okva..... Sir last 40nna varen....thats the time.. Pingnagan inga yenna pannuringa.. Mr.Vijay from my Chennai office called me up from his car........... Nice Guy just on the traffic signal, Parked his Car aside, and got me inside....... Wat are you doing with this guy, You should have picked up a Cab, Sir Of course I did, But i need to keep all my luggage in my Friends home and reach office, thats why thought of taking a Rick...................

Okey this is how my recent chennai trip's Auto went... Next day, I thought I wanted to pull these Auto Guys really to go crazy and go mad, and shout at me..... I purposefully wanted to ask for dead rates, like when he say 60 , I say 15/20... Imagine his reaction............... So the other day, I said to one Guy 20, He said, One tea is Rs 5................ wat r u trying, other Guy no reaction, As If Im talking alone................ Ohh my god............. wat a difficult moment..

So the other Guy accepted for 30 Rs, and the journey is roughly 5 minutes including Traffic Jam.... Famous word in Chennai ofcourse.....I asked, Anna only in chennai this state is there, where minumum charge is 30, and need to bargain the price for the fare which should be metered.... He said I too agree but We cannot go less than this......May be true.. Bcoz its the situation out there in Chennai.

So watz really making people to ask so much money.. After few day of investigation ratherpulling their mouth, I could see these things.. Few Lines from the Autowala frnds.

1) Sir, Paruppu 98 rupa kilo ( Means Dal Rs 98 per Kg)
2) Oru naalikku vadaga 180 rupa ( which means rental for Rickshaw is Rs 180), Most of them dont own them, there is a reason for it, covered later.
3) Atleast orunalaikku 50 rupa policekku kudukkanum ( Means need to bribe the Police for rs 50 atleast)
4) Kerosene blue colorla irukkum theriyuma athu rationla mattum thaan kidakkum, athunalla thaan blue colorla irukkum... Aana pona varam Engina pirichi vela parthen oru litre Blue kerosene 40 rupakku vanginen theriyuma sir....( means Govt supplies Blue colored kerosene for the people thru the Givt registered stores at subsidised rates for the poors, which is not meant for retail market, One of our Autowala last week Brought this Blue Colored Kerosene for Rs 40 from the outside retail market)
5) Sir oorla pathikku mela Auto Policekarangulthu thaan.. vadagaikku uduranga sir... yenna panna solluringa( Means in the City most of the Auto are owned indirectly by the policemen and they are rented thru differen sources) Now you all can connect point#2.


Ohh Jus an Auto Ride Man.............. So much of Budgetery info, Poverty Info, Political Info, Bribal Info, Price reality Info, My bugetery Constrains are unnecessarily affected by this system, Im in in India, A secular State, Right to anything, and Im indirctly tied for all things............... Pity situation out here................ So whoz wrong, You mean All the Autowala's every one.....or the person like me.............???????????? Whoz wrong, easy answer the system is wrong ( Bcoz its a non living thing......).... Not a fair answer, Im not convinced. I think the system is me, autowala, and the all above said indirect persons, I mean the indirect persons, literally individuals whoz responsible hidden behing the reasons.............. So watz the conclusion.............. I jus got angry for 10 days paid those huge amounts, returned back.................... I can't control, If I need to control only thing left is I need walk, I even did that as much as possible for jus one day.. I could not make anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love My nation not the hidden reasons( peoples hidden)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EXT4 FILESYSTEM

EXT 4 Filesystem.

Am improved design on file system with the existing ext2 and ext3 FS, whats so new is the journaling strucure and the bit addressing.

The most important things to list down are as here

a)Bigger Filesystem and Bigger File size.

wat the hell is that... ok this is how it is ext3 supports maximum of 16TB maximum filesystem size and 2TB per file.

Ext4 supports 1EB ( 1 EB= 1GB of PB) of file system size and 16 TB per file size............ wow thats gr8... So how do I change my Filesystem now... dont worry , u need to update your kernel to the latest ie--- Kernel Version 2.6.28.

Block addressing is 48 bit and not 64 bit.. Im sure people are working for 64 bit addressing in the future release.

b) Sub Directory Scalability is extended to unlimited, where as ext3 had a limit of 32000 sub directories.. Enjoy folks...

c) Improved fsck upto 20 times faster than the predeccors...

d) Migration..

You can migrate with tune2fs and fsck commands to ext4 fs from ext2/3 fs..........

If anyone can ask me a question watz ur favourite pass time? I would say jus "Dreaming" Especially Day Dreaming..... Abt wat?....... Abt anything/.......... of course im not psysic.......No wonder any psyc would agree by himself...neverthless.. I could realize that...so obviously I dont fall in that category......anywayz....



Its true that, U dream some stupid thoughts and i would come true in near future.....It had happened to me, belive... I have dreamt many projects and idea's that I could work on in my field and now im working with all those technologies..



So wazzup , How does it relally matter's any one............ yes it matters...... According to cosmic theory.. unless u could imagine , which means u have seen that some where, it could be some vibrations and some frequencies that you are tuning to......So Imagine as much as u can..... u really no need to pay... may be at a later stage u get paid......... According to me, dreaming is a kind of investment..... returns are surprises........ Market scenario's are ofcourse thr... something like... something u dreamt about and other person njoyin same before u.......... hetic isnt...........wat to do.....high returns would absorb risk aswell..............

So yes wat would be me @ 2050...... imagined many things........and many many things....... but focussed on a common target , I believe that could definetly lead me thr......

Visions shall be as big as Imax....................thoughts can be as huge as the sky............ okey.................. so Im sure I would reach my heights by that time.. but how could the world would be........ My imaginations about wat could happen to us as human kind and the environment surrounding us.............

Guys these dreams are propriatery of PP.......... any one who tries to make movies out of it, whether Spilberg or Shankar, or James cameron or Maniratnam............... Its me know imagined this........ So guys atleast put my name on the film , if u steal the imaginations, If u pay royalty .. then need not........... hahahah.. ok ok I could see ppl turning red who are reading this..............

1) There would be no money as such that any person would know, Money could be translated to some virtual stuff.......Hope fully eveyone would try to revolve around something that never exist as seen in kunfu Panda Movie...........

2) People would be more lovable because they have lost almost everything they had.......... only humans would be left with their thoughts to think about them............ Because they never share themselves...so they shall be more lovable... I hope u can get , only lovable............ Few lucky ppl would really love.............

3) Peoples favourite time pass would be dreaming..................... Jus like me...................

4) Machines would recruit ppl for the earning the virtual stuff.........................................................

5) Every human would be registered with his ownMAC( MAN ADDRESS CODE) ID's and will have his backups as dreams ............................

6) Humans who died can be called off.............. For Eg any personality would have his details recorded with his personal recordings of every moment of daily life........... and the numerous recordings like that can be centrally stored to get some stategic solutions.............................

7) Yes our item... Food......................... Food would be centre point of attraction to share feelings..............Every one would love food.............. Grab anything u can...............and no price that needs to be paid for having food...........Along the Highways, Airports, Railways stations, theatres, beaches..everywhere u get free food.........................Likefree mobile charges

8)Job...... Do u need a job..............everyone has to think............

9) No schools and No Book education ...............Daily u learn is ur education........... If u can survive u can get a job.....and catch the virtual world..............................

MOVIE AFTER A LONG TIME

Before 29th Aug 2009, Oh!!!!!! 5 days of busy schedule in office... preparing some essential stuffs in office along with my Boss.... and the days were hectic....and the damn cold had joined with that....... hectic days man!!!!!.... suddenly one night got scared, whether got infected with SWINE FLUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... next day doctor gave a contradictory statement of symptoms of swine flu!!!! bit recovered from cold from tha point/........... its true.. its u.. ur mind that relives you from the situation.......

So yesterday night me and My roommate Ram!! jus had dinner and started for a casual walk on the road..... sooooo bored..and I need a change of mood.... so Ram Should we go for a movie?? jus a gun shot yes from Ram............ okey we are goin for a movie... so jus went home again, grabbed some shirts and shorts.. took my car and we r on the highway for the movie..........Yeah forgot to tell u... Jus called my Bro Ela for movie.. but he missed it to join us.......any ways we are in the highway to the Movietime multiplex in Goregaon Hub at 22.00 hrs Night......... go 2 tickets and the damn show is at 22.50 Hrs ...............
Soooo How do we eat the time........... Mc Donals????? yes..... but i didn't like anything to grab thr.... My frnd jus had a Icecream.......and went to the theatre entrance by 22.15!!!! Heyy u need to finish the eatable here u r not allowed?????? watz this.. ram is yet to finish his ice cream.. to enter into the theatre!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was really jammed....thought for a coffee may be... so had good coffee... Im not sure whether It would be gr8 if I have the same now.. But It was gr8 that time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Huf ...more 30 minutes for the show..........so jus relaxed and of course we took some funny pics wit the posters!!!!!!!!!!!!...

So the movie started..its C 10 and C11 we sat.............. wow.... the movie jus started and it was cool right from the start... the screen play was really really good... I loved the conversation in the movie man.... Almost half of the movie is converation and still its intersting!!!!!!!!!!!........... huff its one Hr and I donno how the time jus passed away.....its interval............

Ohh Ryder and the Garber.....of course Walter !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! damn..serious converstaion with hell lot sof comedy man.......... i loved it...... so movie is over.....I recommend you all to see atleast once guys......... U will like it...


But dont try for romance... It will not work out.. bcoz .......many couples jus left after 15 mins watching the movie.... So no romance at all.............Anywayz we jus went to have some good time,... and the movie gave it.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


So jus came out to start home.....I cont belive this...its started pouring outside....yeah jus esacped.....by getting into the car when it really really hitting big!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So i need to take a right turn...travelled 2 mins ahead..a clean road....yeah to my surprise no rain!!!!!!!! damn had a right turn and reached the movie place... it is pouring again.........such a clean line of discreation with in 1 KM distance.... i donno,,....funny experiance..........So reached home around 1.30 Hrs............. seriously I was tired........... nothing I could remember.. I jus slept!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But the movie was gr88888888.......... Jus watch it!!!!

So wat made me to write about this....After nearly 3 years I really enjoyed a movie and the way we went for a movie!!!!!!!!!!! jus a 1 sec thought we went for a movie!!!!!!!!!!!
